HIGHTURN uses state-of-the-art CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) equipment to create custom parts that perfectly match our customers’ designs. CNC technology utilizes computer-controlled automation to provide high-speed, high-precision performance, maintain tight tolerances, and provide perfect part-to-part and lot-to-lot repeatability.

With our vertical CNC Turn parts with 2-axis capabilities, we can deliver parts as large as 8" x 8” and with tight tolerances of ± 0.001” or better.

With our CNC Autolathe parts with 3-axis + mills process capabilities, we can deliver parts as large as 0.787" x 8” and with tight tolerances of ± 0.001” or better. Enable us to deliver the highest quality precision parts for our customers.
